Refund policy

Our refund policy is simple: if you’re not completely satisfied, just let us know within seven days of delivery and return the item in its original, unused condition with all tags and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us via phone, WhatsApp, or email with your order number and a brief reason for the return. Unless the return is due to our error, you’ll be responsible for shipping costs—so we recommend using a trackable service. Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. If you’d prefer an exchange for a different size or color, just mention that when you request your return, and we’ll be happy to accommodate it.
